ABOUT THE REEDS: 
The JW Oboe Reed
Oboe reed made with professional materials, including Glotin 47 staples and high quality cane from Ferrillo (HDR) gougers. 
 
Finished length is 70-71mm, with a crow between c and c-sharp.
 
The JW Lite Oboe Reed
Reed made with a lighter, composite cork staple and scraped for less resistance than the standard JW reed. 
 
Finished length is 70-71mm, with a crow between c and c-sharp.
 
Both reeds are guaranteed to play up to pitch above the staff, and to provide depth and ring in the tone throughout the range.
